Michael was born and raised in Barron Wisconsin and at the family's home on Lake Holcombe. Today, he is the General Manager for Cracker Barrel Old Country Store generating over $3,500,000 in sales with double digit sales improvements consistently for the last 20 quarters of business and was named General Manager of the Year.
Mike has been involved in the Hospitality Industry for over 34 years applying his skills in hotel operations with Holiday Inns and Super 8 motels. In addition to Mike's hotel background he has been recognized
by the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants as the "Best of the Best" for two consecutive years.
Mike is one of only six to receive this award in a company of over 11,000 restaurants in 80 countries.
David is the acting President of Hospitality Design Group Inc., a privately held design-build firm involved in the design and development of restaurants, hotels and nightclubs.
David is a recognized expert in design, value engineering, hotel, restaurant and night club development, construction and operations.
David has managed hotel properties from 161- 500 rooms with banquet space in excess of 35,000. In addition to hotels David has also managed high volume food and beverage sales for private restaurants and clubs
with annual food and beverage sales of 25 million dollars.
David has been awarded both Platinum and Gold Awards from Design Journal Magazine. Other achievements include the #1 hotel in the Holiday Inn chain, and his work with the St Paul Winter Carnival and the Make-A-Wish foundation.
